About Me

I began my career as an Engineering Apprentice and went on to serve 33 years as a Weapon Engineer Officer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service. During that time, I trained Naval Officers in leadership and management, completed secondments with major defence companies, and worked within the diplomatic arena reporting to senior UK Ambassadors in the Middle East and chairing UN meetings.
Since retiring from active service in 2018, I’ve held a senior Director role in the commercial sector in the Middle East.
With over 35 years of developing leaders in high-pressure, complex environments, I’m well-placed to help leaders accelerate their growth and set themselves up for long-term career success.
